Entire team sucks. Bill the GM has just been beyond putrid. Blow it up, hope Tennessee is stupid enough to fire Vrabel, and get a real GM.

Imagine if Mac had just one of Waddle or Hill, much less both? Belichick is just allergic to bringing in elite playmakers. He'd rather his system of 3rd string bums masquerading as starters somehow keep working.

Belichick is obsessed with the mantra of building a team from “the inside out” but to a fault.
Yes you need a great line and guys with leadership skills, but you also need talented skill players, you can’t just roll anyone out there with “grit” and expect them to perform.
