I’ll put their men’s team up against the Carver Rams…

Carver Rams seem more likely to have Division 1 players on their team

I know next to nothing about Carver other than my old pastor is an instructor there.

I had no idea this whole time I could've been playing college basketball over there.

went to a small Christian college that was part of the NCCAA. I didn't play basketball, but our team only played against teams like Morehead State and West Virginia as they were regional, maybe a couple of non NCCAA member teams within driving distance, but certainly not a bunch of D1 schools all season long.

I did too, and pretty much the same. If we played up it was mostly played NAIA schools, or division 2. not D1.

Squad was actually pretty good though. Had a former McDonald's All American on the team.

As of publication, Mid-Major Madness has acquired four game contracts for Carver’s contests against Division I opponents: Kennesaw State, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, and Appalachian State. For each of those, Carver received a guarantee between $2,000 and $2,600. Every school also provided the team with a postgame pizza meal.

I bet they are tired of pizza.

This school seems pretty shady like Bishop Sycamore and the College of Faith. They had a total enrollment of 60 in 2017 and it has declined since then, so a significant portion of their student body is playing basketball. Their men's team played an almost entirely D1, road schedule last year and they got killed in every game.

Article says they are getting 2000 or so payout per game, that probably barely covers traveling expense. No one over there is getting rich it appears.
