Hope they learned from ULM and stay down.
just told a teammate this weekend I wish wed go back to the southland. There's nothing for us to gain staying in the sunbelt. At least if we were FCS we might could compete for the playoffs.

NLU was in the playoffs every year when I was a kid it seemed. Plus you pick up the kids that bail on FBS.

Not trying to flame but wish ULM would go back to FCS. They are a better fit in the Southland and would rekindle some old rivalries. Tech should move down as well. ULL has a stranglehold on the number two FBS position in La at this point. I don't see them relinquishing anytime soon.

I was thinking a month. Not worth a permaban for a guy who posted 900 times in 10 years.

So SLU wins by less than 10 you're gone for a month, they win by 10+ I'm done for a month.

Ps, I think you know literally nothing about Tulane's team.

I "think" you would be way off in that assertion, and I'm quite positive I know a great deal more about Tulane than you know about Southeastern.

Again, if you're confident enough to challenge a wager, let's do forever.

SLU should have a great season and they should be favorite to take the title. The hurdle nobody could jump in NDSU should be decent, but with a new coach, I dont know how they will perform. SLU with Bennett and a nasty defense will be fun to watch. I will be tuning in and I'm an LSU alumni/fan from Houston haha

Last year was the first time in 2 decades that ULL had the second to best team in the state, and they beat Tulane at the buzzer in the bowl game to accomplish it. (oh maybe one of their 6/5 or 5/6 teams here and there were #2 by default).

I think SLU will give Tulane ALL it can handle. I'll project that Tulane wins a very close game.

I'm confident enough to do a wager, don't want a permaban though. Because you'll just come back with an alter.

And if you really think Southeastern will win by double digits and is better at every position, then trust me, you know very little.

JQ (Formerly known as Jerqwinick) Sandolph laid a big hit out there.

TE Meyers looks like a nice little receiving option. That Oregon kid Bryan Bennett looks very Oregony

Bottom line is UL-Lafayette has an ascending program with a large, energized fan base and are better positioned to sustain it long term, especially with facility upgrades on the way.
