Even if Kyrie were better than Lebron at basketball, which he is not by a country mile, Lebron has a full NTC. They didn't have much of a choice

The last time the Cavs owner tried to spite Lebron, they were in complete mediocrity for 4 years.

and where do you think they're going to be 8 months from now?

Pure speculated unconfirmed claims. Nobody knows what Lebron's plans are, so quit pretending you know.

Kyrie being 8 years younger and just entering his prime and all

If you swap Lebron and Kyrie right now, Boston is likely undefeated, and Cleveland is likely much worse then they are now. Brad Stevens has Kyrie playing top of the NBA defense after coming off being one of the worst last year.

Lebron is on a shittier team with a shittier coach, but Cleveland is much better with him. I don't see Lebron leaving since he basically runs this team

So the Cavs should have acted more like Phil Jackson?

Man, I hope I misunderstood your point.

Roughly the same place they would have been in 8 months even with Kyrie?

And probably without a top 5 pick in next year's draft

I didn't know Andy Milonakis was a Celtics fan.
