This is a better link (starts at about 11 mins in). You can actually hear the guy, and he says it's Mickey Loomis of the Saints. Dude timed the call perfectly right before the Saints pick

It’s called getting you’re what you deserve. The kid and his dad have been arrogant, cocky and entitled about everything concerning his ability and his NFL chances. I don’t. He has not an ounce of self-awareness or humility, nor does his father. There are plenty of dudes having their life changed this weekend who are deserving of it. That’s fricked up honestly. Sanders is having one of the worst moments of his life being nationally broadcasted and talked about all over the Internet for the world to see. His phone rings, and for those who don’t know, this phone is supposed to be a phone given by the league that only the Coaches/GMs have access to, and it’s a prank call. Someone in the NFL leaked that private number for this.

Sanders is not a top-flight quarterback Never has been.
And even if he was, watch that video and then ask yourself, if you're an NFL team why would you want to allow that circus of fat, trashy, grifters and imbeciles inside your building?
