I think that Charlotte is banking on that being the case.
Knueppel and Miller is a solid scoring tandem and they're adding Reid to that and two first round picks in this draft...and banking on Lamelo and Ant meshing like oil and water

Did you watch Randle in the Spurs series? He was awful. Surprised they moved Reid. Everyone loved him in Minnesota

I kind of like the Hornet roster. They need some more size but their big wings have potential.

Charlotte just wanted to get rid of LaMelo when he was at his highest value. I wouldn't want that guy on my team.

That's an eternity in basketball. There is a decent chance Minnesota sucks in a couple years if LaMelo lives on the IR and Ant demands a trade.
Naz was also a crowd favorite and glue guy. Teams feel the loss of players like that. And they traded him for a Ball, the locker room got worse.
