I’m going to bet it was Brees.

Stories like this really make me appreciate Fitz, Green, and Julio more, as they seem to be sane and produce.

Nope.
even if it was Brees would have pleaded to Payton to let it go and would have gotten his way.

The logic you have is that Sean Payton should’ve been able to look into the future and know this was gonna happen?
Is this the first kind of incident like this for MT? I remember hearing he's been kind of a headache the past couple of years, but that might be Saints Talk bullshite because of the spat with him and Brees.

But you’re implying that Payton had knowledge of this situation happening before it happened

I’m implying Payton decided to not stand up for Brees because he would rather support the woke cause. And, Thomas has been a problem before this

Trade him to the Pats to punish him

I think he’s saying that Payton knew that Thomas was a problem before this situation.

Old and now playing second fiddle to a way better receiver
hurt all the time and basically washed up
has a terrible quarterback and is hurt a lot

Thomas is a loud mouth but this is the first time he's ever had any issue with a teammate. He's been a pretty outstanding teammate for his entire career before this incident.

Took me like 3 times reading his post but I think he was talking about the 3 WRs you posted and not Thomas

Brees probably hid his helium tank.
