That was what he said. He claimed that they identified several victims and they would testify that none of this happened.

Sandusky probably wants it moved. He is the most hated man in Happy Valley. He is responsible for JoePa getting fired.

See, that SERIOUSLY worries me. You can see where they are going now. Get some victim to refute and try to establish the reasonable doubt of a crimnal case. If OJ can happen, fricking anything can happen with a given jury.

there are going to be civil suits galore here. these victims will end up getting millions. he has to be an idiot if he thinks he is going to sweet talk any of them into changing their testimony for good ole uncle jerry. If he or anyone associated with him has tried to contact victims he ought to be slammed with witness tampering or obstruction of justice or something

He would have to have ALL of them recant. There are eight victims. One or two recant, but six stick to the story he is still screwed.

It's not so simple. Sandusky being found not guilty will essentially exonerate Joe Pa. I think they still move the trial, but any witness with Penn State ties could see it your way or see it mine.

It was already stated by one of the victims that both he and his wife tried to contact him (the victim) before his grand jury testimony.
See, I would wonder if he was able to bribe one to offer contradictory testimony, but you would think no way with the potential for civil damages.
