I think he is more like Russell Wilson.

I would take that in a heartbeat if he fell to my team and I knew he could stay healthy to be like Wilson

And Tua's made of glass.
Breed is made of iron.

the only thing similar between Aaron Rodgers and Tua is they both hit the slants. Aaron Rodgers is a freak with a football in his hands.

I've yet to hear Rogers or Breeze make pussy excuses when they lose.

I have also yet to hear Tua lose a game without making a pussy excuse.

Saban would know since he’s such a great nfl coach. But Cullpepper is on another level all by himself.

It’s been said but come the frick on, Nick. You’re talking about one QB that has one of the strongest arms in the league and another QB who is one of the most accurate passers the sport has ever seen.

Tua has a loooooooog way to go before he’s mentioned with either of those two. He’s more comparable to Chase Daniels right now.

I find it hilariously ironic that Saban is comparing Tua to the future hall of fame quarterback that he turned down for Daunte Culpepper.

I also like how he's comparing Tua to ANY NFL QB since the guy hasn't taken a single snap at the pro level.

Right now, his NFL future is nothing more than a bunch of "what's and if's" until he has proven himself under center.

What? People compare future guys to current players all the time, moron. And they usually get compared to good players. And lol at this thread, did Saban frick yalls momma or something? Or do you just not have anything other than LSU football?

In the 70 years of Pro Football, there have been two left-handed NFL HOF QBs and 1 of them didn't get in until after he died.

Recivevers hate lefties (see Jerry Rice comments about Steve Young), NFL hates lefties, read The Blind Side.

Tua has a tough road to being great.

1 in 10 people are left handed

1 in 13 “modern era” Hall of Fame Quarterbacks were left handed

I fail to see the worry here

The list is long with college players touted as being the next best thing at their position in the NFL. Some don't adapt to the game, some go off the rails with all that money, some just don't live up to the hype.

It's happened in the past, has happened in the present and will happen in the future.

Then you fail to see NFL history.

How many current NFL All-Pro QBs are left-handed?

This isn't baseball.

It's football and a known, historical impediment.

Carson Palmer is the best comparison, as far as skill set coming out of college.
