The deal is he's cooked.
You can't survive a DV charge even a Misdemeanor if you're a public figure and want to go back on TV or radio unless you're Marv Albert.
The facts won't matter to the media unless he's guilty.
But I would be shocked if the facts come out that he had beat the crap out of some girl because the charge and bail setting are more commensurate with a verbal altercation and stuff being thrown or someone being shoved or he just got in someone's face like he did that reporter back in San Diego.

How can he afford Palm whatever? Hadn't he gambled away, lawyer paymented away, partied away whatever big money he got? The subsequent jobs weren't high paying and didn't most end with things happened that caused lawyer bills for him to pay?
