Navy is 4-8. To make a bowl sub-500 you have to be 5-7 at worst.

They aren't.

I was joking yesterday when I suggested Rutgers not busy. Besides the problem
Of no oractice, melton and Pacheco signed with agents.

following NCcAA rules, they are next in line.

The joke is that TAMU bailed. At least Rutgers has the balls to show up.

Lazy and stupid TV executives told them to pick the team closest to New York City. This is a fact.

How many Rutgers players will ‘opt out’ now?

Makes sense that the 2 SEC schools not going bowling would be Vandy and Texas 8-4.

Why did they take Rutgers over Illinois? I thought Bert and Khan were lobbying pretty hard for their Illini.

The AP got screwed

Schiano has done a remarkable job getting the program back to even this level, TBH.

Rutgers will be in a 'Purdue' style holding pattern (IMO) 5-7 wins, moderate showing in the B10, and if they can ever get a QB, they'll get a spike season with 10+ wins.

I'm sure Tennessee is still thrilled they didn't hire this guy.

Yeah, I know NYC, NJ and surrounding areas will be glued to that game.

I’m all for lots of bowl games. And I appreciate Rutgers being willing to play. But they don’t move the needle for 1 game.

Maybe we'll get super lucky and have that Illinois-Wazzu bowl game we've been begging to happen for years.
