Brandon Harrison made a 36 on his ACT when I was there. He went on to play at Stanford and later was drafted by the Texans. I don’t know if he was on scholarship or not, but he was a really good guy.
Funny part about his ACT is another football player cheated off him. When his came back with a perfect score as well, they knew he wasn’t smart and had to have cheated off Harrison
