And he was not the Illinois coach in the 2002 sugar bowl.

The best thing was when Meyer would run the Wishbone with Clarence Verdin on the goal line with the Colts before they traded for Eric the Great.

I knew a guy who went to SMU in the early 90's - like 1990 and said there would be 5 guys in the stands during the games.

They were taboo even by 1990. And they stunk after the program was gutted. NCAA made it a high school team full of walk-ons.
