By the standards of old billionaires it seems pretty genteel. He didn't go for the 18-25 year old bracket. She's almost old enough to belong to AARP herself.

The woman is obviously educated and makes decisions for herself. She's also unlikely to still be able to have children so he's unlikely to leave behind a widow and fatherless child.

I don't know why he wanted to remarry but she's unlikely to be the one taken to the cleaners in family court
