Can't be the state flagship program if you can't even beat Rice. Congrats to Tulane, our new overlords.

I don’t like living vicariously through other programs but I got a good chuckle this evening

We’re gonna be fine.
I’m still laughing my arse off at the overreaction to one week of football

The Desormeaux era is upon us. A USL man will bring USL back.

Ohh Gosh... What will Tech ever do? Arkie St., ULM and ULL still mad at mean ole' Tech for beating their arse all those years. It's going to be hilarious when the eastern portion of the Sunbelt breaks away from the western portion. We're going to end up in the same conference anyway in the near future.

Hired the wrong former QB.
This injustice will not stand.

Yep - it's coming soon but ULM will probably not make the cut

Ouch! How far back does this set the ULLL program?

Congrats to Rice, they pushed the Cajuns around. Some interesting players as well. Jim McMahon’s son at QB and Christian McCaffery’s little brother at WR. Probably a better team than many suspect this year.
Back to the Cajuns; the team was gutted when Napier left and Desormeaux was never a USL man, those days long predated him when he played for UL. Most have no sense or patience how to build anything. The Cajuns will be fine. Look at Arizona State, they got beat by Eastern Michigan who the Cajuns beat 48-20 last week. College football is crazy, especially these days.
It could be worse, we could be sitting in LA Tech’s shoes.
Alas, the 15 game win streak ends as does likely any hope of a third straight ranked season. Just too many holes on this team. The biggest test for Desormeaux will come down to recruiting and successfully playing the transfer portal. That will determine his ultimate success or failure.
