He is a very good QB but definitely not anything like Mahomes like people keep comparing him to.

Mitch Trubisky was picked before Mahomes, and 9 teams passed on him.
Evaluating QBs are the hardest things in sports.
Certainly there is more to it than saying a QB is overrated and when his team happens to lose.
The whole Tiger Rant was convinced Garrett Nussmeier was better than Jayden Daniels.
I guess my message is don’t be so reactionary & emotional over 1 game, or a loss, or him triggering you because he is yelling on the sidelines.

But it's not just one loss. Someone posted his stats against top 25 teams on the previous page and it's clear that he runs up numbers on bad teams. He's pretty average when playing better competition.

I am almost certain after that big punt return (so really special teams play), Whittingham decided if they get close to scoring, go ahead and let them do it quickly, so his team would have plenty of time to tie or win it with a FG. It was a ballsy decision, but given the defense they put in on that TD run, it is almost certainly the case.
