Yes he is, he had a tentative contract in place to play for the Jets, but they cut off negotiations once they got Bart Scott. He is burthurt Rex didn't bring him with him.
And outside of Rex Ryan and Antonio Cromartie. who has said anything to the effect of what Ray was referring to?

I also think I remember him jacking up the TERMINATOR!! Jets were also pretty stupid. No offensive game plan, and what the frick was Rex thinking putting a rookie on Boldin? I'm a pretty big Mason fan, and I don't understand why you wouldn't put their only real playmaking threat on Revis Island.

I actually think the rookie played well, but the Ravens did a great job of rotatiing their receivers and forcing the Jets to change up coverages. Want to shut down Bolden? Fine, we'll go deep to Mason. Rotate Revis to Mason? Well, then Bolden's is gonna stop running these short routes and take your rookie deep.
Flacco did a great job of locating who the rookie was covering.
