Bolden tends to runs short, underneath routes that are nearly impossible to stop. The way you stop him is by preventing him from getting YAC. I think the Jets put Revis on Bolden to start the game but felt it was a bit of a waste as the other receivers kept getting open deep. As soon as the Jets rotated Revis, Bolden went deep. Twice.

I'd rather put a big, physical guy on Bolden who tackles well (not saying Revis doesn't, but his greatest asset is in coverage) and put your #1 coverage corner on Mason, who is still pretty good.

I can agree with that, but it seems like they're using Boldin down the field quite a bit. I was surprised about that.

I think it was just rubbing Ryan's face in moving Revis off of Bolden. The tow other receivers were going deep repeatedly on the rookie, so Ryan the Genius reacted. And Harbaugh then slapped him upside the head for not covering his #1 receiver with his #1 corner. It was basically a big F you. Which I really enjoyed.

And how about Todd Heap showing up for a game?

I was excited about that. He was one of the best a couple of years ago. Still dropped that touchdown catch though

I agree, i think Kyle WIlson played well too. He was covering the guys, but at the last minute panic, and start to grab.

heard a good story yesterday about the Ravens having this same officiating crew last year during the playoffs, and how they totally F'ed them calling a ton of Pass Int penalties. The coaches told them on Mon not to touch the WR at all, no matter what. I think if the Jets use the same strategy, they probably win the game. BALT def outcoached NYJ in all facets.

I really hope none of the Pats o-lineman go down, or the Ravens are going to kill Brady.

Agreed. He wasn't getting totally beat, he was getting slightly beat by really, really good players. He wasn't out of poisition or anything. The kid can play.

For such a short post it's hard to come up with much more fail than this.

How is any of it fail?

What is false? Lewis doesn't take on FBs regularly and it was reported that he was ready to take his talents to NY, but Bart Scott was picked over him.

If you are gonna talk shite after a game, at least do it right...
