I'm sure this thread will be civil

1. Jokic
2. Curry
3. Embiid
4. LeBron
5. Giannis
6. KD
7. Doncic
8. AD
9. Dame
10. Book

I don't know what the infatuation is with Tatum, but every playoffs I've watched him play, I just don't get ranking him in top 10 - hes got great playoff peaks, but the majority of his playoff performances really leave a lot to be desired.

Like... look at Book's playoff stats and compare them to Tatum's.

Book has the 3 elimination game blemishes... which if thats really all you're going on to say Tatum clears... yikes.

Book is literally the only reason the Suns took the Nuggets to 6 games, and if he hadn't gotten hurt... perhaps that goes 7 games.

EDIT: Regular season Jimmy Butler isn't top 10.

Playoff Jimmy Butler is a top 3 player in all the NBA.

38 YO with 3 additional full playoff seasons on his body and is still literally top 2 in the entire NBA at controlling a game.

One game scenario, only player I'm taking over him is Jokic, and thats close.

Lebron before his ankle injury was a top 3 player. I will admit that.

That ankle is pretty much tbe biggest what-if in the last 3 years - probably Kawhi ACL in 2021 is the other.

2021 Lakers were like 21-6 or something crazy before they started falling apart with injuries.

The biggest what if in the last 3 years is Durant’s toe on the line.

But this thread is taking shape of the standard LeFanBoi excuse territory.

If this is the criteria, then Kawhi Leonard has to be on this list. He was arguably the best player in the league the last 2 months of the season.

They might win that Suns series if he doesn't miss the rest of it.

LeBron is still top 10, but no way in the world is he top 5.

After watching game 7, there is no way in hell that you just ranked Joel over Jayson.

Of course you would say that to qualify your opinion. You would never come out and say “i love Lebron and he’s a top 3 players”
