If he had Rice's work ethic

I know, right. He would be so unstoppable it would be nuts. Rice had mediocre physical talent but built himself into a badass. If Moss tried he could've run track, played basketball, or been the greatest WR this world had ever known.

moss was still very straightline

he is the perfect deep threat WR, and he's the best deep threat WR of all time

his attitude has gotten mildly better I think... at least he stopped giving free horsey rides to cops on the hood of his car

yeah, he's gotten older and more mature. I hope people realize when looking at Brady's stats in 2007 that he had Welker and Moss to throw to. That is absurd for a good quarterback to have that has a good OL and good RB's that can catch and block. How they lost to the Giants I'll never understand.

nb4 Jerry Rice

Rice, while great, was the product of a system. IMHO

And, played at a different time.

Yes, Rice put up gaudy numbers in an environment that wasn't as offense-friendly as what Moss played in.

Moss was a D-1 prospect in basketball out of High School. He played on the same team as Jason Williams (The White Chocolate One). Damn that team must've been badass.

you could argue every player is a product of some type of system. That's just teh way it is.

Rice is the WR ever and one of the best overall players ever to play the game

what system exactly? you do realize he played for several different coaches and schemes and was always great. he came to the raiders at the tail end of his career and was still awesome.

agree with the first part especially

I think you can label Rice with the greatest overachiever of all time label tho.... not really a slur... just a statement on his commitment to maximize his ability

The Patriots offense in 2007 was like my offense in NCAA. Dude is absurd.
