His mother wasn't allow to leave the US and fly back to London because she was pregnant (Flight risk). It's not like she came to the US to birth her child.

FIFA did provide explanation. They cited a specific rule, and that was made public.
If Belgium wants a more specific explanation - regarding a decision not involving their team - then they are welcome to schedule that meeting separately.
