NFL draft- players to be transported via bubble in lieu of boats

I think the French is really in doubt. Not sure about Wimbledon. I think we'll be past this by U.S. Open. If not, football season is going to be weird.
The NCAA would normally say frick it with respect to the tournament, but political pressure is going to come down on them to limit access.
It's absurd that Indian Wells was cancelled, yet Disneyland is rolling in 50,000 per day.

College World Series goes on as normal.

Won't they just do a lot of these without fans in the stands?

Oh and no frickin' way The Masters is cancelled.
I just can't see it.

If needed the Masters could totally do it without a public crowd.

Right.
The golfers would make it work to get there and Augusta National doesn't need ticket revenue, they make their fortune on TV.
Golf is a sport where literally no one has to contact the other.
This is also why I don't feel the tennis majors will be canceled, just played in empty arenas.

Fact. They will just close the course to spectators and refund ticket prices. It was decades before anyone not in attendance saw a hole on the front 9 live, so they know how to restrict access and don't mind doing so. Add to that the Master's streaming app is the best out there year over year.

Soccer/UEFA
Italy Serie A, cancelled
Bundesliga, will be cancelled
Premier League, will be cancelled (maybe Liverpool locks up the title before then)
Champions/Europa League, cancelled
Euros, Cancelled
UEFA announced that the round of 16 for the UCL will be delayed, I dont see anyway it gets played at this point. I think they will try to get through as much of the domestic cups as they can before it gets to bad but the European Cups are as good as dead. I dont see how the Euros will go on as the situation stands right now.

At worst they just won’t allow people in.
Which would suck but would also be very interesting as a tv viewing. It’s not the crowd ads that much but empty grandstands would suck

I don't know. One of those maps I saw showed 16 cases in the Omaha area.

All of this is so ridiculous

I’d say the Olympics, the French Open, the Final 4, numerous Formula 1 races and European soccer matches are the ones in the most doubt.
The second race of the Formula 1 season in Bahrain is already closed to spectators.

There’s still 10-11 weeks before the Olympics makes a decision.
I think the most likely things to get cancelled are the Champions League and especially the European leagues.
Serie A is probably close to a lock to be cancelled.
Very curious about the Euros, especially with the one off format where everyone is traveling all over the continent.
I think we may see the Euros postponed for a year but the Olympics back on.
A lot is based on how this thing does in warmer temperatures and how fast regions get over the virus.
If what’s happening in China is actually true, it is certainly a good sign.
