Not scripted, but a so-so call shouldn’t have that much of an impact on the end result of the Super Bowl.

Chiefs were more than likely getting a FG regardless of the penalty…..there’s no guarantee the Eagles score after the likely Chiefs FG.

No it’s not, are there bad calls in critical situations sure? But scripted? No. The amount of shite to go right literally every season and the number of people involved in the NFL means it’s quite literally impossible to keep something under wraps. And if the NFL were scripted then why would they have KC and Philly in the Super Bowl? Wouldn’t it make more sense to have a major market team like LA or NY in it? Also why no Cinderella stories aside from Eli derping his way to a Super Bowl? Th le theory falls apart super quick when you apply logic

Correct, but there’s less than 1% if you kick the field goal under 20 seconds, like what happened.

Saints just got screwed out of a SB appearance

And the Saints screwed the Vikings by purposely injuring Brett Favre. Karma, bitches.

You can't script because a kicker can still shank a chip shot it a wide open receiver can still drop a pass.

They didn't injure him, he threw a classic Favre pic, when he could have taken a knee!

Like those guys are all just really good actors and not really football players at all?

Now that’s a fun one. Or maybe a massive brainwashing or something?

I could get on this bandwagon.

A great game was ended with that one call. They hadn’t hardly thrown all game and choose that time to throw a flag on a tik tak foul that happens every play.

I don’t think it’s full on scripted, but the league definitely supports it’s preferred outcomes.

If it was scripted, the Cowboys wouldn’t be approaching 30 years without a Super Bowl.

Yea I don’t think it’s scripted just a horrible call. Ruined the game.

And yet, year after year, conspiracy theorists have been proven true over and over

Here’s the key: if something WAS exposed you wouldn’t hear about it for years because the ONLY way to “hear” about it is the very media that perpetuates it
