Might be the greatest grouping in history of the sport.

These 3 are the top players in term of fame and popularity.

All have won multiple majors. Spieth going for the slam this week and he’s coming off a win and a solo 2nd.

Rory coming into form as well, with Tiger looking to make history again.

Also another super paring of Scheffler, Rahm, and Morikawa.

They are number 1,2, and 3 in the world.

I feel like we’ve seen some similar ones before.

2008 US Open was Tiger, Phil, and Adam Scott, 1-3 in the world.

This one was better IMO. Especially at a time when Tiger and Phil were not on good terms. And in Southern California where they both grew up.

Lucky for you, the PGA gave golf illiterates the super pairing for player 1,2,and 3 so you bandwagoners can enjoy the show too.

Are there any particular parameters for picking groups?

I’ll be there Thursday and going to start with Daly group at 8 then work my way over to #10 for the 9:11 tee time for Tiger, Rory, and Jordan.
