For all the talk of winning, and who is the better team i would bet good money that Denver was probably the team that either offered the most money, and/or needed the fewest escape clauses for his contract.

We have two back up QBs that are way better than Tebow. McDaniels better not try and convince BB to do this

The AFC West isn't exactly a tough division either. As I've said before, I think that Denver has some underrated WR's. Their defense can be pretty good, they have some pass rushers. Just need to add more help in the secondary IMO.

Are you kidding me? YES! The 49ers have the best defense in the NFL, a Pro Bowl RB in Frank Gore, a top 5 TE in Vernon Davis, and they've upgraded their WR corps from last year. They also have a ton of talented young players with room to get better. Their window won't be closing for quite a while. The 49ers have a significantly brighter future than the Broncos.

Yeah but it's not that drastic. I think he probably just got offered a better contract in denver and thought, "Sure, SF is a little bit better, but not so much that I'd take a crap contract to go there."
BTW, how pathetic does TN look? They offered him a lifelong contract and partial ownership of the team, and he still didn't sign there. It'd be like walking up to a girl in a bar and saying, "Let me buy you a bentley" and still getting shot down

Yep. This is why I'm glad they didn't get Peyton. Let him go to Denver. I'm sure he'll do fine, but the Saints won't have to worry about him now.

I Agree he has the higher ceiling currently (Moss is more naturally talented obviously but i understand your point)
But really in todays game with all the passing advantages, its about getting as many weapons as possible that compliment each other which is why the 9ers have that advantage
