Do you:

A) run the ball on 3rd down and give the ball back to Baltimore with 1:15

B) take a knee in a tie game 31 seconds and two timeouts from your own 20

C) both

There's no hindsight. It was stupid at the time both happened.

For all we know, Peyton made those play calls. Peyton is his own OC after all.

To be honest, I was fine with running the ball on 3rd down. But I'm definitely letting Peyton take a shot to get in field goal range at the end. At the very least, run a draw or screen.

I don't have a huge problem with A because they had no TOs, needed a TD, Flacco is the QB, and it is NFL time rules. But B was fricking retarded.

Yeah, if I'm Manning there, I override the coach and take a couple of shots down field.

The 3rd down run was a sound call. DB doesn't blow coverage & no one is even talking about either

Baltimore has been scoring fast all day. Go for the first down so you can kneel. Even if they didn't, Baltimore scored fast, and Denver would have had 45-60 seconds left.

Based on recent history, pass three times.

I'm definitely ok with running it on 3rd down. It took an extreme breakdown for that call to mean anything. If the safety doesn't shite the bed, we aren't talking about that call.

I was very surprised they knelt the ball with 2 TOs. In his prime (I know he's not anymore) he could have gotten them into FG range with time to spare. He still could have done that today.

If Miles coached the Broncos he would have given it to Hester 4 times in a row.
