How prevalent are they? I've just seen a few events on and off over the years but it seems they are all roided up, even the chicks. They don't have that super roid monster look like pro bodybuilders but neither did most of the Worlds Strongest Men competitors, they were just huge. But it was known they were all juiced up.

We discussed this briefly in the other thread, if they're used (I personally think they are) then it's used for the recovery aspect. I don't believe they're saucing with Test but probably some GH.

I also wonder if any of them blood dope before these comps.

Women do not get that big (and ripped, on top of big) naturally.

Absolutely.

I read an article where some of the top guys train 4-6 hrs per day 7 days per week. You don't beat on your body like that day after day without PEDS. NFL players don't do that and 75% of those guys are using something.

More power to them but crossfit alone isn't producing that type of lean body mass.

That's because you're not counting the amount of time they spending fricking.

The chicks are actually what made me think of it. When they are bigger and more ripped than female Olympic sprinters and bodybuilders (both notoriously dirty and widely known 100% of those competitors are juiced) something is a little amiss.

Either CrossFit is the most nature defying workout in the known universe or their all on Roids, HGH, blood doping, etc.

I wouldn't doubt that the organizers and "league office" knows they're all falsely enhanced and doesn't care… just keep growing the sport.

Crossfit is the stupidest shite. All of these people will have major joint problems later in life. At least in bodybuilding you are doing it for the look, and you do slow controlled reps while working out. What the frick good does it do to powerclean 225 20 times as fast as possible

I heard Joe Rogan talk about this one time. He said he was talking to some world class doctor or trainer or something and he said CrossFit was the worst shite you should think of for joints, stress, and later life health. It was as if the sport was perfectly tuned to destroy your body.

Given the weight bearing movements you engage in with crossfit, that makes a lot of sense.

I get what you're saying, but let's not use bodybuilders as a shining example of the pinnacle of good health.

While their poor form might not be to the extent of some CrossFitters, quarter-squatting 500 lbs is still hell on your knees. There are a number of IFBB pros who engage in exercises that defy conventional biomechanics, yet still reap the benefits of the movement because of the massive doses of gear that they are on.

Also, let us not forget the potential liver and kidney issues that some bodybuilders face later in life.

To clarify, I am NOT defending CrossFit.

Most of them juice, it's very easy to separate the juicers from the non-juicers.
