I already said several times that I don't care if they fire him. I'm not defending him or what he did. Pearl was a sleazeball long before he got to Tenn.
I love the holier thathous coming here and acting like nothing even remotely like this could ever happen at Lsu because they have big nads!! WAFJ

This whole business is making OSU look bad. It would seem to me instead of defending you would want to take swift action to correct this crap. The first thing they should have done is fire Tressell. I am sorry but thats what should have happened

he messed up. punish him and move on.
people are acting like he commited so many disgusting acts. he got some info and kept it secret.
it's not like the boys were cheating on tests or using/buying drugs. they weren't getting money from boosters.
they were selling their own items.
give him a due punishment and move on. people just salivate at the thought of a major university going down

yea but this wasn't a flat out lie right to the face and osu self reported it.
this may or may not be the saving grace.

When it is proven and shown to have happenned at LSU then it is fair game. But that is not the case thus it is completely fair game to roast OSU over this.

What does it matter who knew what, when. Tressel lied to the NCAA about the eligibilty of 5 of his best players. He did so to try to win the elsuive second NC. He deserves everything thats coming at him.

E.T.A. - @ The Genius that keeps bringing up RP, our coach kicked his A$$ to the curve knowing that it meant he had to start a True Freshman at QB. But I guess that doesn't matter though in fantasyland.
