The 3D systems in place now don't have to guess. You stand there and in about 12-15 seconds about 60-70 cameras take images of you from all angles and a computer stitches all that into a 3D image file that can be printed out in any size.

Knew there was an actor that looked a little like this statue. Couldn't think of who it was until I saw him in Al Capone (1959) this morning. His name is James Gregory. He was Inspector Luger in Barney Miller.



He might not look like the statue as an old man, but check him out from 1962's Manchurian Candidate.
