The ADA mentioned that the burden was too high and they didn't think they could prove that she was making it up at the time she conveyed the information to the police.

If they can't press charges, I would print and say her name as much as possible. And have my contacts in the news industry do the same.

I hope he pursues a civil suit against her for dragging his name through the mud. The lack of retribution against those who bring false accusations to law enforcement is absurd.
