To be fair, they are letting both teams do that, but he got straight up tackled before the ball got there

I don't mind the hand fighting really. It's so hard to be a DB in college or the NFL right now. That was far from hand fighting and all of us clearly saw it

It looks bad at first, but you can clearly see Smith turn around and go back to the ball. If you call PI there you're rewarding an underthrow & making the DLine's job pointless.

The penalty is did the DB hit the receiver before the ball got there. And it was clear he did
