My first time "flat betting" this week. Still a noob in the betting world really and before this week I've only betted a couple parlays a week. Going to try this approach and hopefully have some better luck.
Hit the Jets +10, missed the under of 45. I bet the under mainly based on the weather conditions I thought would be taking place at Gilette Stadium last night. That's now the second time this year, previously Green Bay, that cities were looking at 80-100% chance of rain during game time and have literally not seen a single drop after kickoff.

Unless it's a snowstorm or wind greater than 30mph I usually don't factor weather in... With the turf and equipment being so good I don't think rain is a huge issue in these NFL venues.

I took Seattle, sharps are on St. Louis just judging by the lines. I think the Seahawks will be trying to prove something after trading Harvin and Davis doesn't scare me.
