Not sure i 100% understand the system. But wouldn't it be a play on Washington since they covered?

2H Play System Explanation
First Column: Game - Enter recognizable abbreviations for teams.
Second Column: Enter the initial line - Enter total or enter a side. Make sure you are consistent with favorites or dogs.
Third Column: Enter the 1H total or line - Enter total number of points or the difference in points for a side. Make sure you are consistent with second column.
Fourth Column: Enter the available 2H total or line - Enter the total or line available by the books. Make sure you are consistent with second column/third column.
Fifth Column: Automated - This will give you the difference in expected line vs. actual line.
Sixth Column: Automated 10 point Play/No Play - This will tell you whether to play the OVER/DOG or the UNDER/FAV if you are using 10 as your "magic number".
Seventh Column: Automated 13 point Play/No Play - This will tell you whether to play the OVER/DOG or the UNDER/FAV if you are using 13 as your "magic number".
Eight Column: Enter the final 2H total or line - Enter the 2H total or ending line from the game.
Ninth Column: Win or Lose - Please enter if we won or lost so we can keep accurate stats on the system.
