Was actually leaning Tech on this one.
85% of bets on Arkansas and Tech potentially getting points at home. Crazy things have happened there in Lubbock

I just think the Arkansas run game will prevail...

Nobody looks good the week before or after LSU.
Remember how Georgia looked against North Texas last season?
I just don't think 2 scores is too much to give up. If it happens it happens, I just see State coming out with something to prove after last week

I agree.
What are everyone's thoughts on Georgia Tech laying 17 at home? Opened at 22, and is on the down tick.
91% of the bets are coming in on Georgia Southern, which makes me want Tech on principle alone.
Just some random thoughts about the game tomorrow:
GSU is not a bad team. They where a fumble in the redzone away from being up 27-10 on NC State. Instead NC State took the ball down the field and scored and later won the game 24-23. They beat Florida last season and they have experience playing against P5 schools. What hurts them the most is a lack of players. They have a solid first squad but after that there is a drop off. I really expect this to be no more than a 10 point game and might even sprinkle some on the GSU ML +575.
GSU runs a unique option style offense. Not your typical triple option. My realistic take is that Southern wore down the stretch against State, showing that the depth against higher tier schools is still a major concern. Both Southern and Tech are allowing 4.9 yards per carry (I’m not counting the Savannah State University game which would give GSU stats an overly inflated number), so both teams have trouble with the run. However, I do feel that Southern has the edge with offensive scheme.
If Tech wants to move the ball on Southern, utilize short passes and interior runs. GSU looked good at stopping the deep ball as well as outside rush attempts. I think turnovers will be the biggest factor in this game.
Southern has sold all of it’s 6500 allocated tickets and has a lot of Atlanta players playing in front of many family and friends.
I don't think GTech fans even expect to cover the spread.
Lastly, GTech has struggled putting teams away all season.

Some additional thoughts:
VTech is 7-24 ATS when favorites over the past 31 games, not sure why 31 games but its information I got from someone else. ECU offense always leaves a backdoor cover open.
VTech also coming off a big win on the road and could be looking forward to the beginning of ACC play next week.
Wake Forest vs. Utah State U 44. Won't be a fun game to watch, both teams are terrible on offense.

My two early plays will be:
Louisville -6.5
Oregon over 64 (I think the Ducks score this themselves)
Good luck to all (unless you're on the other side of me) and let's break it off in them today!!
