Clear under the current rules. But, I don't think you should be able to run at a defender full speed and lower your shoulder and the foul be called on the defender.
Not commenting on the officiating overall. And that Turk may exist now that I think about it. But it was clear to me that LBJ tannin an lowered his shoulder to get a foul.

Heat sure have a lot of weapons for being a team that people complained weren't deep. Miller, J.Jones, Cole, Chalmers, Battier, and Haslem have all played well.
