Terrible public relations move by the attorney.
Thought so as well. She really went backward in the court of public opinion. I don't think people care so much about the legal shite, as much as the moral issues right now.

I hope that the focus on this will eventually shift from JoPa. I don't care about his legacy. At this point ESPN and any media can use this to help create awareness around an issue that no one really wants to face.
Just last week we had a soccer coach face sexual molestation allegations in my home town. This shite is way too rampant and bigger than Penn St.
Hopefully we can shift the focus as a nation to giving the victims some healing. Hopefully people can be aware enough to report it.

damn OTL just showed an interview he gave with ESPN before retiring, dude's face lit up when he began talking about working with children through his charity.
Even the clowns on 1st and Ten this morning (I never watch this, but did today because I knew they would mention this story)came out saying boldly that JOE Paterno didn't do enough and should be fired. It was unanimous.
The BBQ has been ignited and Paterno, the admins, the President, and McQueery and anyone else anywhere near this conspiracy are going be torched. deservedly so. In the coming weeks you are going to find out LAW Enforcement themsleves were on some level complicit in this cover up

The sooner he goes to Hell the better.

I wonder what the Board of the Second Mile has known and for how long have they known and are we going to apply the Paterno anger to them as well if we find out they knew about certain things and did not take proper action to keep him away from the kids.

It would be nice if he had to face the music first.

I apply equal anger toward anyone who knew and did nothing. the board, the admins, the charity, the coaches, the family of Sandusky, etc...there is enough fire to burn them all for this.

Every person interviewed on the radio comes out with guns blazing about how much they hate child molesters...who the hell is defending child molesters? We all hate them. They're gross. Quit being dramatic and acting like you've never heard of child rape before.
This isn't just about a child molester, this about a very big academic institution protecting and harboring a child molester and providing him with means to do it.
This shite happened in their facilities, with children who where in a youth program set up by one of their coaches and supported and funded by their administration, alumni, and other big time individuals. Hell, Marky Mark, Cal Ripken, Arnold Palmer, Lou Holtz along with numerous others where honorary board members of this youth program that this sick frick used as a method for targeting children to molest.
It's a pretty big fricking deal.

Makes you wonder if the people at PSU notified those on the board of this group.

So how much money will Penn State have to pay out to the victims once this is all out in the open? I'm guessing they will have around 15 victims who come forward with attorneys in hand. I'm guessing a pay out of 20 million per victim which comes to $300 million paid out.
Anyone know how much the Catholic Church paid out to their victims?

there is a detective who heard Sandusky admit to a victim's mother that he took a naked shower with her son and apologized for it and said "I wish I were dead". Nothing came of it. A blatant admission of guilt yet nothing gets done...when a detective hears it straight from the rapist's mouth
