I think it all depends on Rondo. Rondo will need to absolutely own his matchup with Chalmers.

and ray has to hit 3's. if so, it changes the whole dynamic of this series.

take out wade let lebron get his points. if ray hits 3's and KG beats them down low the heat will have a challenge on their hands.

everybody else also needs to go to the basket!

quit relying on J's.

I would put wade on rondo and mario on ray. he isn't going to be doing much besides shooting 3s anyways

Heat in 5

ETA: To all of you who are picking the Celtics - did any of you watch ANY of of their 1st and 2nd round games?

Good god they are probably the worst Conference Finals team in recent NBA history

Heat are winning Game 1.

If Boston wins Game 2, Heat win in 6, maybe 7.

If the Heat win Game 2, Heat in 5.

You also told us it was an impossibility that the Heat would win the series when they were down 2-1 to Indiana.

Worst conference finalist since the '07 Cavs, who ironically advanced to the Finals?

2008 Pistons weren't THAT great either.

Depends on if Bosh comes back. With a semi-healthy Bosh back - Heat in 6. With no Bosh - Celts in an excruciatingly boring 7.

I believe in this.

Honestly as much as I hate LeBron, Wade, and their fanbois I have to admit that I hope Bosh comes back in time for the NBA Finals.

I think a healthy Heat team would put up a great challenge for either Los Spurs or the Thunder. Probably goes 7 games and isn't that why we all watch?

The fan in me would rather see the Heat somehow win a 7 game series than see the Spurs crush them in 5 (don't get me wrong though I'll be rooting my arse off for whoever emerges from the West... But I still want an epic Finals).

BB03 is wrong all the time; nothing to boom there. As for the thread, Heat in 6.

The combo of Lebron/Wade will eventually tire the Celtics out; if the Celtics can get game one or two, Heat in 6, if not; Heat in 5
