Bednar is far from safe. Not sure what you’re laughing about. Especially when Carle is just down the street.

Clearly you pay attention to the temperature of the Avalanche and the fanbase.
There were questions about Bednar’s future with the org after the loss to Dallas last year. Do you know what you’re even talking about?
McFarland and Sakic had to give that whole “stamp of trust” in Bednar last year. This one might be enough, particularly if swept, to go get that young guy that is clearly meant for the NHL at DU.
