I couldn't hear the explanation but after watching the replay the only reason to me that it isn't a goal is if they prematurely blew the whistle to freeze the puck. No GI or anything like that.

What does Buffalo do well? I don’t get why they are here. Their best player is a 5’7” weasel. Don’t get me wrong, I love watching him play. But they are awful on D, power play sucks, can’t win a faceoff, Their goalie looks good I guess. I feel sorry for him.
