Love it! Lexi’s dad gotta self deport himself to Canada now. That’s the rules.

But if the NBA Finals wasn't taking an extra day off, Game 6 could be on Monday night. NBA Finals used to always play on Sunday night.

They all end up moving here eventually anyway. He’s just adopting his eventual home’s team.

WTF is that loser in the stands doing taking off his Oilers jersey with a Panthers jersey underneath it? Get lost you bandwagon frick.

Listen man. I explained it already. He’s going to eventually move here from that frozen hellscape like the rest of that miserable arse country and he’s just getting a jump on pulling for his new team.

Damn, that's pretty shocking that the NBA didn't want to play game 5 on their beloved Sunday evening slot.
Posted on 6/14/25 at 10:12 pm to St Augustine
I thought you didn't want anymore of them invading your territory? These are the same elitist pricks that have said for years what bad fans the Panthers have. And they should have been moved years ago. Or the Panthers don't make the league any money.

Whatever dude, they were dominating play.

It was kinda tongue in cheek man.
They’re the worst and besides my team potentially winning it’s a bonus to have them lose to another Florida cup winner.

I'm enjoying the Panthers success the past 3 years. Way too many haters (many north of the border) dumping on the southern/non traditional teams.

Honestly, I can understand the hate. From my point of view, you can relate it to a team like the New England Patriots dynasty, if you’re a football fan.
Imagine producing the best athletes in the sport everywhere, except the Boston Area, but they get all the championships.
That’s how a lot of Hockey people feel about a great NHL team in South Florida. As much as it pains people to say it, it’s a logical reason.

Nah frick em and their bullshite gatekeeping. They love living down here and cheering for their original home team winning in sunrise when we suck. Cocky as frick about how we’d never have a good team. Now a lot of them bitch about how we have unfair advantages over the Canadian teams. Fuuuck them.

Agreed frick them and that stupid arse tax argument.
Why do players want to live in less tax heavy states/cities? I thought the more taxes you pay, the more benefits you get? Hard truth hits eventually.

The tax thing is such a mountain out of a molehill (especially by Leafs fans).
Speaking of which, only $750k of Auston Matthews' $14 million salary is taxed since he gets a $13,250,000 lump sum every July 1st and is a resident of AZ (which has no state income tax).
