I'm as big a Patriots fan as you'll find, but I have always used him as an example on why the Pro-Bowl is flawed, hell I did it on the Saints Board earlier today. He's putrid in coverage, consistently tackles his own CBs, and is worth at least 3 fines a year.

That's a weird choice, because they already have Sean Lee and Bradie James, but whatever he thinks, I suppose.

They have Sean Lee. Bradie James is a free agent along with Brookings. So now he'll probably sign somewhere else.
EDIT: Forgot about Bruce Carter. Apparently, they don't want to hand him the starting spot just yet.
