The Broncos have signed Mike Adams, the former Browns safety. A smart move by a Broncos team that has been pretty quiet so far, Adams was a 16 game starter for the Browns and notched a +5.6 grade for his work in coverage. No word on whether this move by the Broncos is part of the process to woo Peyton Manning, a counter attack to the Titans bringing in Steve Hutchinson. This could get messy.

The Browns signed two Eagles castoffs today. Dimitri Patterson and Juqua Parker.

Patriots resigned Connelly
Bears resigned Idonije
Cardinals resigned Levi Brown
Mario Manninghams stock is falling
Matt Flynn has a visit set up for the Dolphins (his market value is aparently way lower than him and his agent are asking for)

Until Manning signs, then the value will go up. Especially if the Browns start to show they want Tannehill at #4.

I would run out of laughs in my body if the browns did this

He just wants the free meal

He got a couple free blowjobs from Titans owner Bud Adams, so it's the least we could do...

Per Denver Post, I think:
quote:
A Broncos contingent led by John Elway left Centennial Airport at 8:24 this morning. The Cessna is scheduled to land in the Raleigh-Durham Airport at 11:08 a.m.
Free-agent quarterback Peyton Manning has been working out at Duke University under the direction of his former University of Tennessee coach David Cutcliffe.
It's not known if the Broncos are going there to close the deal with Manning or have a second meeting or watch him work out. It's also not known if the Tennessee Titans will be making a similar trip.
All signs point to Manning narrowing his choices to the Broncos and the Tennessee Titans.
The Broncos privately have said money would not be an issue in their pursuit of Manning. Titans owner Bud Adams said he offered Manning a "contract for life" during his visit with Tennessee coaches and executives Wednesday.
Manning's first free agent visit was with the Broncos in Dove Valley on March 9. He toured the facility and met with the Broncos brass at Dove Valley until 7:15 p.m. when the group departed with a police car leading their way.
He visited Tennessee on Wednesday, and has also made trips to Arizona and Miami.
Arguably the most decorated free agent in NFL history, the long-time Indianapolis Colts quarterback was released last week amid concerns about four neck surgeries that forced him to miss the entire 2011 season, a $26 million bonus payment that was due and the team's opportunity to select highly prized quarterback Andrew Luck with the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL draft.
Manning, who turns 36 on March 24, has been cleared to throw by his neck specialist, Dr. Robert Watkins.

He went to Miami for Marino doing same for Denver and Elway, just being nice

Is that why we've been in the top 2 the entire time? We were the favorite until he visited Tennessee, and now it is a dead even race.
