Money coming in on Seattle.

Line is now at CAR +3.5 (-115) or +3 (+110)

I'm also liking Denver. Manning in his 2nd year with this team, plus they've added Welker.

Broncos missing components on defense, but with with the loss of Bolden and the fact that all people can remember is Joe Flacco's hot streak at the end of the year, I think taking the favorite could be a good bet.

Flacco posted great passer ratings in the playoffs the last two years. But his regular season rating for those two years were far less impressive.

Flacco

Baltimore loses two of their biggest leaders and playmakers on defense (their bread and butter), their best receiver, and their QB doesn't play the same way in the regular season as he does in the post season.

I'm gonna take Manning and the 7 points.

My biggest play of the week will be Houston. JJ Watts will wreak havoc on that San Diego Oline

Forgot to add.

Flacco posted 3 QBR's lower than 10 last year. Two of which were 0.3 and 0.4 (not a typo).

He's wildly in consistent, especially on the road.

Game jumped out at me as well. But for some reason, I just don't trust houston. Maybe it was that game against the Jets last year

Plus, I'm wary of betting against home dogs.

@GiLmo574: @ToddFuhrman QB Joe Flacco hasn't lost opening game in his career (5-0 ATS / 5-0 SU) w/average margin of victory by 16pts.

Joe Flacco also hasn't played without a defense that was missing it's two biggest leaders.

Streak stops here.

ETA: 2 of those wins were against the Bengals and Chiefs in 2008 & 2009. The Jets by 1 in 2010 (10-9). None of those teams had any semblance of a QB like Manning.

Locked In:

Baltimore +8 @ Denver
Washington -3.5 vs. Philly

Plan on playing the Jets at home vs. TB. The entire world thinks the Jets suck. Perfect time to fade the public (90% of bets coming in on TB )... can't wait to lock this in @ + 4.5 or 5.

The Bucs are not good and Carl Nicks probably won't play, love the Jets in this spot when everyone is betting against them.

Good man.

Baltimore actually has a running game so while Flacco may be short on WR's, count on Rice and Pierce to get the job done on the ground.

And when Flacco does throw, where is the pass rush going to come from?

this is a well coached Baltimore team, no way they get don't cover IMO.

Exactly... no Von Miller what does Flacco have to be scared of?

Champ Bailey isn't a lock to play, either.

Ed Reed and Ray Lewis are gone but their positions were upgraded, IMO.

This spread is a joke. The fact that it is only 2 points less than Colts/Raiders is laughable.
