Ouachita Parish schools are not allowed to play until school is back in session. So many of them worked around the area filling sandbags and helping deliver them. Neville and OCS played Sunday though OCS lost to Byrd 5-1 and Captain Shreve 9-6. They're now 5-5 on the year with I believe all 5 losses to 5A teams. Neville lost to Ruston 7-2.

Brusly went 4-0 over the weekend in Eunice/Jennings.They are 15-0 on the year.

We'll see, they are very deep and this schedule hasn't been as tough as was thought to be. They have beat a few pretty good teams though and will face the toughest part of the schedule in the next two weeks before district starts.

Airline Lefty gives up 3 hits and 1 run through 6. WM had 4 errors and lose 5-1. Airline just outplayed WM tonight. Only run of the game was a walk and 2 steals in the 2nd.

Brusly moves to 16-0 with 14-6 victory over Catholic Pointe Coupee. The Panthers had 5 HR's in the game.

Brusley is very solid ball club.... They will do very well in 3a. 2 very solid pitchers and they put pressure on the defense with aggressive base running and hitting
