UPDATE: Changed out a new fuel filter for old one and went test boat before bringing to mechanic if problem persisted. Boat ran great for an hour ,no pulling back, ran great.....so whoever thought "fuel filter", that was the fix. I've had several things on this motor changed out from of cour...
