Andretti attitude has made Rossi a semi whiner.

If Rossi was a Penske driver I’d be a fan of his.

I’ll be ticked if Pag pulls a Fitipaldi in the winners lane though.

Now I’m wondering what next year will be like with the new windshield around the cockpit... it looks like at wo throttle it’s gonna give a lot of down force to the rear..... will they have to put a bigger wing on the front? Allow more hp too compensate?

The Indy 500 is the only race where there's no podium. No one cares who came in second. That being said, this is a double points race, so a strong finish will help a driver's championship campaign.

Rossi is Eddie Cheever territory without the swag or attitude

Monaco was an illusion. The only reason Hamilton was able to run so many laps on worn tires was because they knew it's impossible to pass, so the only hope for Verstappen was for Hamilton to screw up.

VER only shot was to wreck him I thought. But I thought it was a good race besides up front. I guess the Lauda thing made it seem more impressive.

That was a damned entertaining race. I was for Rahal, the Rossi after Rahal crashed out, but don’t mind the result given the exciting racing.

The NBC guys are SOOO much better than boring arse Eddie Cheever and Scott Goodyear were on ABC.

Yeah, HAM just had to run 60+ perfect laps. Pretty boring. And that was only for the lead.

With Indy there is no secondary positioning being looked at. For good or bad.

The new windshield is a lot larger than expected. May as well put the drivers in a bubble canopy while they’re at it.

Here's a cool stat I just saw on twitter: the last five winners of the Indy 500 are from five different continents!

2015 Juan Pablo Montoya (Colombia)
2016 Alexander Rossi (USA)
2017 Takuma Sato (Japan)
2018 Will Power (Australia)
2019 Simon Pagenaud (France)

Ahhh, the Indy 500 is a microcosm of the melting pot that is America.

I actually attended the race on Sunday with my dad. I had a great time. I would love to come back but I think it will be a while after the chaos of getting in and out with 300K there.
