If you tiptoe the sidelines after a catch or run, then the ref blows the whistle that you stepped out of bounds at a certain spot, can you challenge?

aaron rodgers has not gotten a lot help trying to replace brett favre. The defense went to shite and his running game is not very good. Pressure is on to do something again now.
