There is zero doubt in my mind that the committee just bullshits around with the ~3-6 spots until the last ranking or so.

If they can do something to troll people or spark debate and conversation, they do it.

The important thing to realize here is that the pirate is back in the top 25

Part of me thinks this as well. It would've been evident as hell if they would've put you guys at 2 and Michigan at 1

It's cute. Texags thinks they control their own destiny. Others add Bama needs to keep winning. No bama needs to lose twice so they get a title game bounce

They don't realize how much they mess with the 4 spot week over week

Group of 5 berth will be very interesting this year.

WMU highest ranked at the moment and undefeated. But if they win out, I don't know that they'd be ranked higher than say a 12-1 San Diego State (who would have to beat Wyoming twice to get there in theory). Curious if they'd bump up Wyoming over WMU if they win out as well. WMU just won't have the opportunity to impress with their opponents. Have to go 13-0.

Washington has looked like a football team than A&M so far. That's funny.

Smart decision making the Texas Tech AD the committee chair. No chance of bias.

I posted this in wrong thread earlier

Biggest loser is Boise. They are clearly the best G5 team yet ranked below WMU. They need Wazzu not to tank now.

I think the biggest thing is it leaves a window open for us to possibly be over Washington if they drop a game and we win out. If both teams win out we obviously won't be over them

It will be hilarious to hear other fans get upset about it this week though

well what do you call being in as of today with a big game with LSU left?

I mean I don't know if we do but I don't think it's a really crazy opinion to have

I feel sorry for Louisville's final opponents. I bet they put up 90 pts a game from here on out. Lamar will be throwing Hail Marys with seconds on the clock like Bowden and Spurrier's teams used to in the 80s & 90s.

The committee has shown they're big on resume early, but when push comes to shove, they'll give the nod to a clear conference champion.
