Why do we need to figure out the concensus picks for you? Shouldn't you have that figured out considering you are betting on it?

WKU isn't a consensus play. From what I've seen, it's only BR and I on the topper train
I'll probably bet WKU 1st half.
Petrino is going to RUTS early and often after the debacle last week vs Tennessee.

I'm still drooling over that Zona over

I don't really participate in these threads much, but I enjoy following them, and I think there is some legitimately good insight into a lot of the games.
But it's especially entertaining when somebody comes in out of nowhere trying to look like Billy Badass Sharp Bettor that is smarter than all the sheeps on the consensus plays in this thread. It's awesome, especially when it comes without any kind of insight whatsoever. Just a general "you guys suck and I'm gonna make bank just waiting on your consensus picks so I can fade them all!!!!!!"
For the record, I actually recall more of a consensus on the Arizona, Toledo, Duke, and Oregon lines than Florida/Ok St. (Not Cincy - lots of people got burned on that one)

Who was lucky enough to get Louisville -10?

Me. Kicking myself for playing only 1 unit on Louisville though.

What website you bet with? No one believes me that the line was at -10

I've been thinking the exact same thing.

Has Mississippi State been discussed yet? I know they cannot score, but damn 6.5 seems like a lot of points. Did WSU's win elevate Auburn's perception?

Key plays this week:
Lou - 13.5 (One of the only "statement" games LOU has all season. They'll do what they can to impress voters by blowing out a SEC team).
AU -6 over MSU (Better team, playing at home, against a team that may be starting it's backup QB again).
Bama -7.5 over Tamu (Bama has lost 3 home games in 5 years and has won revenge matchups for 2/3, this being the 3rd. Saban will do what's necessary to punish Tamu.)
Other plays:
K-State -39 over Umass
WMU +30.5 over Northwestern
Underdog play of the week:
New Mex. State + 5 over UTEP

I don't generally care for teasers, but I missed out on the opening lines I wanted for Oregon and Louisville.
Teaser
Oregon -19.5
Louisville -5.5
Had I caught the opening lines for these teams, I would have gone with separate bets.

Unlike most, I don't like the Louisville game...I think UK keeps it close, and wouldn't be shocked if UK wins the game straight up.
Posted on 9/11/13 at 3:04 pm to JPLSU1981
Don't think Kentucky wins outright. I could see a close game sneak up on the Cardinals, maybe. But I like the number I got with a superior team with an SEC caliber running back.
