I presume WVU will have trouble getting up for this game after the gut-wrenching loss vs. Texas.
WVU's is kinda poor as well. Not Kansas bad, but still kind bleh.

But they are 4-6. A win over KU and Iowa St. will make them bowl eligible. I'm really thinking about playing the spread or moneyline.

Not sure if this is the reason,but it will be gusty and research indicates the Ball St. O is extremely pass oriented.
